Request deletion by email

Email support@snapnpin.com from the email address associated with your SnapNPin account. Use the subject SnapNPin account deletion request and state that you want your account and associated cloud data deleted.

We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details.

Request account deletion

Delete from the Android app

You can also use the account deletion option in the app’s account settings. Follow the confirmation steps and reauthenticate if prompted. If you cannot sign in or find the option, use the email request above.

Check your subscription first

If you have an automatically renewing SnapNPin subscription, cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions before deleting the account. The app checks subscription status during deletion and can ask you to cancel renewal first. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

What is deleted

Completed account deletion removes your SnapNPin account and associated operational cloud data, including your cloud inventory and uploaded inventory media. Shared access associated with the deleted account ends. Deleted cloud data cannot be recovered.

What can remain

For account security and deletion tracking, a limited record of your account ID, email address, and account and deletion history is retained for 730 days after deletion, then removed through scheduled cleanup. It also includes a fingerprint of your verified email address and your subscriber-bonus claim history to prevent repeated claims. This limited record cannot restore your inventory. Google Play and other providers may retain records according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Inventory stored locally on your device and backups you exported are separate from your cloud account. Remove local data or backup copies you no longer want from the devices and storage locations you control.
